User Drive Innovation.

In the project, I am working on the innovation management and in particular user driven innovation (UDI) which is vital in the customer-empowered world. The project focuses on the UDI as a relatively new phenomenon and is compulsory for persistent and sustained innovation. Today, organizations concentrate on "innovating by users", in contrast to the past that "innovating for users" and "innovating with users" were the main concerns. Collaborating with users and customers involve people outside the company in ideation phase of the new product or service development. In order to respond to calls for the further development and investigation of the concepts of UDI, I conduct a systematic literature review as the first paper. The aim of this paper is to review in the scientific domain of UDI to provide a state-of-the-art picture of this phenomenon. I follow the process by conducting the empirical and other types of studies to find the missing areas and try to contribute deeply in the field of UDI.
