The project is deals with complexity, change, control ande MCS in complex contests. The foundamental idea is to develop a comparative analysis of instruments and methodologies applied in two specific industries: the industry of manifacturing and the spa industry (private or pubblic). The main aim is to enrich the literature with a critical and innovative contribution on the theme of managerial control to support the qualitative increasing of knowledge for managing corporate performance and internationalization processes.
